National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) Public Rate Hearing


On October 13, 2020, the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR) will conduct a virtual public rate hearing to discuss NCCI’s proposed overall average statewide workers' compensation premium decrease of 5.7% with an effective date of January 1, 2021. NCCI submitted the rate filing on August 27, 2020, on behalf of Florida’s workers’ compensation insurance companies.

To access the NCCI rate filing, visit the IRFS Forms & Rates Filing Search and enter either “National Council on Compensation Insurance” or file log number 20-020168 into the “Quick Search” tab.

Public comments will be accepted until Friday, October 23, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. ET.
