​Under the Receivership Order, all insurance policies, except for flood policies, issued by Southern Fidelity Insurance Company in effect at the time of the issuance of the Order are cancelled effective 12:01 a.m. on July 15, 2022. Policies with normal expiration dates prior to July 15, 2022, or which are terminated by the insured, or cancelled for non-payment of premium, shall stand cancelled as of the earlier date.

Consumers who receive a notice their policy is being assumed by Monarch Insurance Company will not need to take action unless they choose to secure coverage from another insurer.
