NOTICE TO INDUSTRY: OIR integrated the company admissions process into the Insurance Regulation Filing System (IRFS). OIR will discontinue the use of the legacy company admissions system for new applications on May 15, 2024. All incomplete filings in the legacy company admissions system must be submitted to OIR prior to November 15, 2024. After November 15, 2024, the legacy company admissions system will no longer be available. Filings not completed by November 15, 2024 will not be moved to the new company admissions system and companies will be required to restart the filing process. Links to the legacy company admissions system and the new company admissions system are available below.
Insurance Regulation Filing System (IRFS)
All product review filings, data collection filings, company contact information, and PIP contact information are submitted through IRFS.
IRFS LoginRegulatory Electronic Filing System (REFS)
REFS is the system which allows companies to electronically submit their financially-related documentation, requests, and other correspondence to the OIR.
REFS LoginWorkers' Compensation Collection System (WCCS)
Documentation and data related to the workers' compensation affordability & availability is submitted through WCCS.
WCCS LoginProfessional Liability Claims Reporting (PLCR)
Closed liability claims are submitted through the PLCR database, in accordance with section 627.912, Florida Statutes.

OIR transitioned company admissions to IRFS on May 15, 2024. All in-process filings must be completed and submitted to OIR by November 15, 2024. Companies may complete in-process filings in the legacy company admissions system.
Legacy iApply LoginNEW Company Admissions
iApply is the online Company Admissions application to allow companies to submit new applications, report acquisitions, report new officers and directors, or make corporate amendments. All filings started after May 15, 2024 must be submitted using the new iApply link.
