OIR Annual Reports

The dates on the covers of the annual reports are the dates the reports were published. The data in the reports reflect information from the prior year. For example, the 2004 Annual Report reflects data from 2003.

The Florida Department of Insurance was deactivated and the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation was activated by statute in 2003. The  Florida Department of Insurance's 2002 and 2001 Annual Reports are available. Prior years can be acquired by contacting the Department of Financial Services, Document Processing Section at 850-413-2622.
